Indicative abstract

Hello, this my first attempt in doing an indicative abstract. It is from the article:
Information Encountering: It's more that just bumping into information.

Information encounter is a concept that is growing strong with library and information science (LIS) researchers. In this article, the author made a study with diverse participants that were asked about how they had encountered information in the past. In order to understand the way encounters happen, she divided people into 4 different groups that suggested a specific profile to explain behaviors. This led to the conclusion that information encountering may have multiple areas of application including the creation of information systems to help non-encounterers obtain useful information.
